1. Get in touch first. Email support@gooodboys.com with your order number and a short note about what's not working. We reply as soon as possible with the next step. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us.
2. Send it back (when we ask you to)
- Pack the product in its original packaging and add a note with your order number
- Send it to the warehouse closest to you. We’ll email you the exact details.
- We recommend a tracked shipment
Return costs: return shipping is at your own cost, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Original shipping costs aren't refundable.
3. We confirm and refund. As soon as your parcel arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you and process your refund.
